Lookin' in the mirror so much I would change Bet it kill the body couldn't kill the thoughts in my brain The reason that I struggle with insecurities Is I compare the highlights to my beyond the scenes You tell me how we so in need of constant confirmation We don't even see the bigger picture with this filter I say We should be aiming aiming Aiming a little higher We should be aiming we should be aiming We should be aiming a little higher 'Cause we need a change shit If we keep on waitin' Breathin' in this fake it 'til you make it generation We should be aiming we should be aiming We should be aiming a little higher Everyone's an expert feet up on the couch Waitin' for somebody else to figure out So easily offended so hard to satisfy I know I shouldn't care but I just can't be that guy oh no You tell me how we so in need of constant confirmation We don't even see the bigger picture with this filter I say We should be aiming aiming Aiming a little higher We should be aiming we should be aiming We should be aiming a little higher 'Cause we need a change shit If we keep on waitin' Breathin' in this fake it 'til you make it generation We should be aiming we should be aiming We should be aiming a little higher Give me a reason I'm dyin' For somethin' to believe in 'Cause we can't keep on lyin' Pretendin' we don't see it We should be aiming aiming Aiming a little higher Aiming Aiming aiming Oh oh oh oh oh Aiming a little higher Oh oh oh oh oh 'Cause we need a change shit If we keep on waitin' Breathin' in this fake it 'til you make it generation We ain't got no patience To the expectations So it's a fake it 'til you make it situation Aiming
