Early Summer

Early summer The green leaves fill up the sky Citrus scent floats in the air Cool melody touches my ears When I'm sitting on the grass Listening to the rain drops I hear a voice from my memories that runs around my head I was a green summer apple And you didn't know me well Blame it on my youth I did not believe in summer love Early morning Nobody's awake but me A kitten blinks its pretty eyes And we're looking back at my years When I'm sitting on the grass Listening to the rain drops I hear a voice from my memories that runs around my head I was a green summer apple And you didn't know me well Blame it on my youth I did not believe in summer love It goes around my head Your smile and laughter It goes around my head Oh it's you it's you it's you Early summer Citrus scent floats in the air
