Used To Her

Glad that I ain't used to her no moreGlad that I ain't used to her no moreShe always burned my bacon,And she could never shut a doorAnd I'm glad that I ain't used to her no moreI wish I wasn't used to her back thenI wish I wasn't used to her back thenCould've picked a good girl who did not crave other menAnd I wish I wasn't used to her back thenWhen I start gettin' used to herI get down on my kneesSay Lord I know not what I doForgive and help me pleaseWhen I get used to her,?I'm sick of meWhen I get used to her,?I'm sick of meI want to run and hideLike a kitten up a treeWhen I get used to her,?I'm sick of meWhen I start gettin' used to herI get down on my kneesSay Lord I know not what I do?Forgive and help me pleaseOnce we said for better or for worse'Til one of us was riding in a hearseIt's same the same old song, we just wrote another verseAnd gettin' used to her is gettin' worseSo I'm glad that I ain't used to her no moreI'm glad that I ain't used to her no moreThis song is finally over and it sure has been a choreAnd I'm glad that I ain't used to her no moreAnd I'm glad that I ain't used to her no more
