Hungry

I opened my eyes to the sunbeam Spilling into the room like an intruder Peeking outside the window it seems All the world but me is full of laughter Desperately reaching for the fridge I see This feeling of emptiness is not ordinary Sinking down to the bottom of me A restless day awaits I’m so weary Hungry Why am I so hungry Hungry hungry Hungry Why am I so hungry Can’t seem to get away The hunger is to stay I’m so so hungry Why does the time go by without Taking me along with it as it passes by It really seems as there’s no doubt I’m left behind in the spot that I lie Feeling of hope fades into nothing Dreams are long forgotten deep inside me I’m questioning my own self being The reason is unknown I seem to be Hungry Why am I so hungry Hungry hungry Hungry Why am I so hungry Can’t seem to get away The hunger is to stay I’m so so hungry Why does it seem to be So very hard for me Hungry Why am I so hungry Hungry hungry Hungry Why am I so hungry Can’t seem to get away The hunger is to stay I’m so so hungry
