Heavy (Acoustic)

I heard songs romanticise her blood shot eyes and getting high They drift off on fitted sheets He'll kiss her over colgate teeth How can I love myself When I'm so draining to everyone else? And I've been told I'm heavy to hold [Chorus] They say they won't run away "Fix You" is only pretty when it's sung by Coldplay They'll kiss me Manic dream pixie Don't wanna love me 'cause it feels too risky And I understand It's all I've been told I'm heavy to hold [Verse 2] I hear cars pull up outside Ring doorbells but they're never mine Sitcoms on VHS Laugh tracks echo the friends that left How can I brave this storm When I just burn them trying to keep warm? It's all I've been told I'm heavy to hold [Chorus] They say they won't run away "Fix You" is only pretty when it's sung by Coldplay They'll kiss me Manic dream pixie Don't wanna love me 'cause it feels too risky And I understand It's all I've been told I'm heavy to hold [Bridge] Lay me down I'm getting tired I'll be around If you decide I'm hard to love There's no denying If you've had enough Thanks for trying [Chorus] They say they won't run way (they won't run away) "Fix You" is only pretty when it's sung by Coldplay They'll kiss me manic dream pixie (they don't wanna they don't wanna love me) Don't wanna love me cause it feels too risky And I understand It's all I've been told (I been told) I'm heavy to hold (I'm heavy to hold) Too heavy to hold I'm heavy
