Forgetting To Remember (Feat. Kimberly Fransens)

I've been trying to think about you But I don't remember much We made all these promises I remember some but not enough So I listen to all of the songs That we used to dance to all night long And I go back to places we've gone Sometimes you take my memories 'Cause I lost our history [Chorus] So I tried to go back 'Cause I'm forgetting to remember Every word, every step We always said we'd take together Oh, no Here whenever feel like this to me Feel like this to you, only used to think of me That's the only way I know it through 'Cause I'm forgetting to remember you [Verse 2] I heard you're still holding on Still why I left you, it's still not moving on I wish I could say the same 'Cause forgetting you feels wrong Because you're solely slipped away Bet in your night I'll stay [Chorus] So I tried to go back 'Cause I'm forgetting to remember Every word, every step We always said we'd take together Oh, no Here whenever feel like this to me Feel like this to you, only used to think of me That's the only way I know it through 'Cause I'm forgetting to remember you
