My Point of You

Holy fuck, I need a haircut, can't believe it's been a year I've been waiting, 'cause you told me one day you'd reappear Fell asleep right through the summer, 'cause I don't function that way All at once, I realized I hadn't eaten yet that day [Chorus] I miss daylight savings (Ah), and rearranging my room I'm just sick and tired (Ah), of holding onto June And I'm not fazed by a different view (Ah, ah, duh-duh-dum) 'Cause it's me who's coming back, not you [Verse 2] Think I'll go and catch that movie that you said you'd know I hate And I'll get five bags of popcorn, just enough to compensate And I know about your family, that they like me more than you Gotta say that I don't blame, didn't call, you nevеr do [Chorus] I like daylight savings (Ah), and getting out my room And I moved away from (Ah), thе whole idea of June And I'm not fazed by a different view (Ah, ah, duh-duh-dum) 'Cause it's me who's coming back, not you [Break] Ah, oh, ah, ah-ah, ah, hm Ah, ah, ah, hm-hm-hm, hm, hm [Outro] Maybe one day when you grow up, life will feel like it's brand new Ain't it fun, though, being stubborn? Welcome to my point of you
