Mexico (Jarico Remix)

We got lost that first night In rhythms and motions With you by my side I’ve found a new direction I have been rootless too long but with you I’ve found a home I’m counting for a day when we get away So sick of playing safe Let’s move to a place where I can be someone new Someone new It’s always been on my mind to run far away with you Something I’ve been dying for but never dared to do Since you’ve been in my life it’s been an endless summer between us two It doesn’t matter where we go One day we’ll be in Mexico One day we’ll be in Mexico Get rid of your winter clothes I’ll sell my car and get a boat Let’s live the way we hoped I want that new life by the coast I’m counting for the day When we get away So sick of playing safe It’s always been on my mind to run far away with you Something I’ve been dying for but never dared to do Since you’ve been in my life it’s been an endless summer between us two It doesn’t matter where we go One day we’ll be in Mexico One day we’ll be in Mexico I don’t care where I land As long as you take me away You are the warmest part of me Yeah You are the warmest part of me The day the journey ends And I can’t convince you to stay Could you give me one last memory It’s always been on my mind to run far away with you Something I’ve been dying for but never dared to do Since you’ve been in my life it’s been an endless summer between us two It doesn’t matter where we go One day we’ll be in Mexico One day we’ll be in Mexico One day we’ll be in Mexico One day we’ll be in Mexico
