Taking Control

Time goes by and let's my heart unwind Turns my head and eases up my mind Carrying on from where I started long ago I wanna tell the world, I wanna put the word around Hungry hearts and voices everywhere No defeat and I don't have a care Put me on a carousel and let my heart run wild I wanna tell the world, I wanna put the word around Wind rushing sound pushing I'm back on my feet again, right back in that seat again Killing the speed of sound I'm taking control, taking control Standing tall now I can touch the sky The power within me and I feel so high Following that horizon on a sailboat ride I wanna tell the world, I wanna put the word around Wind rushing, sound pushing I'm back on my feet again, right back in that seat again Killing the speed of sound I'm taking control, taking control Game playing, I'm staying here till I can't sing no more What the future brings, I know I'll take it in my stride I'm taking control, taking control I'm taking control, taking control Wind rushing, sound pushing I'm back on my feet again, right back in that seat again Killing the speed of sound I'm taking control, taking control Game playing, I'm staying here till I can't sing no more What the future brings I know I'll take it in my stride
