Love & Hate (Feat. Myk)

She’s the sun in the early morn, so for surely warm Keeps the bed nice and toasty like a new born Baby maybe we’ll have one to call our own Someday soon we’ll make a room for the love to grow Plant the seeds provide the nutrition’s Dance to beats Improvise over rhythms Yeah, We dancing to the beat of the same drum Taking it back to the love that we came from I know that scent, it makes me lament Thinking about all the places and time we spent Roaming the city, really makes me feel shitty Normally I don’t cuss, so you know this really hit me I mean, I can’t eat at that cafe we frequented sandwich turns bland soon I sink my teeth in it Even if I season it, not sure the reason is I cant get you out of my head, man I’m leaving this.. She’s the love of my life, I fell for her once, but I’d marry her twice. She was the love of my life, pulling scars off my heart it’s the struggle I fight She’s the love of my life, she’s the reason I breathe, the reason I write She was the love of my life, then she left in a breath out of mind out of sight I still remember the first glimpse, like it was yesterday Eyes hazel and green she made it seem they’d be the death of me Her lips so perfect, were like sex to me Not normally this forward but damn she got the best of me Waiting on her to message me or should I call first The game of texting can make it all worse So I hit her up and tell her I ain’t got nothing to prove Nothing to hide, ain’t gonna lie just to kick it with you In slow steps we met, chemistry no question cut from different cloths, curse or blessing? She showed me her perspective, refreshing for sure Like kids from different gangs breaking the rules for her Loved her feminine features, a definite keeper My sentiments reached her, I never would leave her Who knew tides would change, when I signed my name On the invisible line, trading my heart for pain Its ridiculous, how the love game’s ubiquitous I seek comfort in those who know this sickness do you feel my ache? dark like liquorish pour out some liquor if your out there listening She’s the love of my life, I fell for her once, but I’d marry her twice. She was the love of my life, pulling scars off my heart it’s the struggle I fight She’s the love of my life, she’s the reason I breathe, the reason I write She was the love of my life, then she left in a breath out of mind out of sight
