Mountains

Once I was a big old bearReigning blows on sparkly snaresIn the woods after the snowThe white-noise witch her hammers coldRest beneath the pine and roseIn our suits and Sunday clothesCheer up, my brother, it's going to be alrightI know your hearts are heavy as mountainsBut we're going to go back home one dayHang there little winter starTell me who you really areUp above the world so highLike a diamond in the skyBorn with honey in my hairOnce I was a big old bearCheer up, my brother, it's going to be alrightI know your hearts are heavy as mountainsBut we're going to go back home one dayWore my dress up to my kneesThere's ghosts of babies in the streams
