MASQUERADE

I’m drawing on a face to the facade I’m trying on these costumes that won't come off It gets so overwhelming to feel like I’m always pretending I keep on going back to Fool’s paradise False hope I’m out of touch and it shows in a smile Overworked Over all of my insecurities Being a bad friend to no one else other than me Hiding behind another face Changing and molding in their ways Can someone stop me Keep myself away Or I’ll be dancing in the masquerade Overworked Over all of my insecurities Being a bad friend to no one else other than me Overworked Over all of my insecurities Being a bad friend to no one else other than me
